Day after taking my meds (Nalmefene), Help ?

I'm making this post as my doctor doesn't answer his phone, I took my first Nalmefene pill (18mg) as requested by my doc and I really felt weak, slow, unable to focus with nausea which, is not unusual. What I'm asking myself right now is : is it normal to still feel weak like that the day after ? I slept 11 hours, I still feel like shit, my eyes trouble to focus and I was told this stuff was ok to take daily, you can work, drive etc... I don't even feel like driving ? I feel like a really bad hangover that doesn't want to go away, do people get symptoms like that ? I have to take it at work today but i'm scared it's going to make me sick and i won't be able to drive myself home.

I'd cut the pill in half but it's tiny and really struggle to make it so it's half a dose on my own. I don't know what to think about it.

Is it normal to be still sick like that the day after the take ?

Edit : Talked to my doc about it, because I really got sick at work and wasn't able to drive, my doc tells me to keep taking the meds anyway, I feel like i'm going to have an accident if I do, what can I do ?????

First day on Nalmefene

Oooooh boy am I dizzy, feels like my belly is upside down, took something for the nausea my doctor prescribed with it, but i'm seriously asking myself how I'll be able to take it and drive normally.

Really does not make you crave anything tho.

What can I do with this space?

I own a 2004 yaris (les bleus) and had been wondering for a while what I could to with this space here. Theres a cd player in mine but I was wondering if I could put a Bluetooth radio car but upon seeing it without any pluggings I'm wondering if thats even possible.
