Please help in determining if stress or impact related
Discovered this crack in the upper side door panel. Our thoughts were it had to be stress related, but manufacturer is trying to claim there was impact damage. According to their guidelines, they have to prove its impact in order to deny coverage. Please tell me if I am fighting a losing battle?
