Feels like I’m getting worse

I’ve been climbing for about 1 year but recently I feel like I’ve just been getting worse. I can’t climb boulders that previously would have been easy, if I try to do a hard move it’s like my whole body just gives up. I think I have been more depressed recently which is probably relevant but it just demotivates me even further. It sounds lame but also just people in the gym are irritating me more with things like cutting queues and just generally not being aware of others. How do I push past and continue improving? I don’t think I’m limited by strength at all, I can do >10 strict pullups on an average day and my finger strength is pretty average. Not sure exactly what I’m looking for from this post but maybe people have gone through something similar.

Recommendations for 4 days in Dolomites

I’ll be visiting in October and my girlfriend wants to hike Seceda and Tre Cime.

What resources are there for planning the trip and are there any recommendations you could give for two people who like the outdoors and want some good views after a rewarding hike? Sorry for the open ended question
