I had a uvulopalatopharyngoplasty today and the stitching on my uvula is horribly painful. Does anyone any good tea recommendationss?
I had a tonsillectomy and uvulopalatopharyngoplasty today and the stitching on my uvula is horribly painful. Does anyone have any good tea recommendationss? I can't have anything hot, so I'm planning on making hot tea and just letting it cool, then drinking. I keep an array of flavors, and have nettles, white willow bark, and a few other loose leaf ingredients. Besides Chamomile (which I'm currently drinking like crazy) does anyone have any recommendations on their favorite soothing and gentle teas? No acidity at all please and thank you 🥹

Day 1 tonsils & struggling with UPPP
UPPP is the worst part. I feel like I can feel the stitches tickling my throat. Does anyone have any helpful advice for this? I bought lidocaine cough drops and throat pray and roll on neck lidocaine. I even was prescribed good pain management and it's not even touching the UPPP issues. Thanks for any help!

Morning Glory Takeover
Hi all! We rent and will be here 3 more years. I'm trying to make my lawn a cozy retreat of plants, but morning glory continues to take over everything. It was already in the neighborhood when the family moved in. So looking for recommendations! Should I fight monster with monster and plant mint? (lol) Should I kill everything and start over? We are in zone 9A. Any advice welcome!. Also our rental company doesn't care they just level everything when we move out.
