I’ve been taking mirtazapine 15 mg for about a week, but I still have no appetite and I’m struggling to eat enough. I’ve also been losing weight.

For those who took mirtazapine for appetite loss: how long did it take before you noticed an increase in appetite? Did anything else help you eat more?

I have been struggling with being underweight and having no appetite at all (sometimes I don’t eat anything for the entire day) due to depression and anxiety disorder, so I decided to start taking mirtazapine at 15mg. When does the drug start to take effect?
