I’m a virgin and I have a really strong sex drive. I think about sex way more than I’d like to, and sometimes the urges feel really distracting and difficult to control.
Since I don’t have any sexual experience, I’m not sure how normal this is or what healthy ways there are to manage it.
For other virgins or people who have dealt with a similar situation: what helped you get better control over your sex drive?
