I'm gonna spend some years studying in Nanjing, and i kinda need a vpn recommendations that is more stable than the others.

I don't need it to be very fast or very stable since i'm only gonna use it for instagram, What's app, youtube, and probably downloading steam video games.

I know vpn is a hit or miss, but is there any student budget vpn that is frequently able to connect ?.

i looked up cuban and resort shirts, but somehow those 2 looks a little bit thicker than the one these F1 drivers on. (These shirts kinda comfortable to use in summer)

I've tried some build but some of them relies heavy on using many items such as smoked bomb etc (sneak archer, and some relies heavy on late game items, is there any build that is fun and good even in early acts ?. (Except paladin)
