Gift advice

Some of my pagan friends have just bought their iwn house and im looking to get them a house warming gift. Im thinking of getting them either a hawthorne tree or an elder tree for their garden as they like to forage and i know they like to forage from those 2 types of tree inparticular. However, i know there can be bad omens and taboos around gifting hawthorne. Can anyone give me some advice on the customs and symbolisms behind both trees and suggest which would be the better gift to give?

Conveyencer

Has anyone used premier property lawyers in recent times to purchase a house?

Their trust pilot reviews seem okay but i came accross a reddit post from years ago saying to avoid at all costs but their quote price is unbeaten and im not in a chain.

Any advice is much appreciated

Need help with leather care

He everyone. Ive never owned a pair of leather boots until now and I have no idea wtf im doing in terms of care. Ive worn these boot maybe half a dozen times and ive used the neutral dascoe shoe cream on them as reccommended by the makers of the boots but the creases on the boots seem to be showong up very vividly. Am i doing something wrong? Ive applied the cream with a brush and worked it into the leather then left for half an hour then rubbed off the excess with a cloth and then attempted to buff the boots with a brush but they arent much better. Am i missing something? Should i try a different product? Am i using too much or too little? Im a little clueless with this stuff and these boots werent cheap either. Theyre hand made in the uk from a compamy called lanx.
