Phone getting uncomfortably hot playing mobile osrs?

I have a iPhone 15 pro max and it gets pretty hot playing osrs. I’ve tried turning my brightness down and setting the fps limit to 60 instead of unlimited but it still gets really warm like where it’s uncomfortably hot in my hands. If anyone else has some tips of how to keep my phone cooler while playing osrs I’d be extremely grateful!

Lightbearer or berserker ring for vorkath?

My spec weapon is burning claws on stab. Also please let me know if I’m missing out on any extra DPS. Thanks!

Help with vardorvis

I have almost 400 KC on pc but my God on mobile he is a different beast all together. I know how to axe skip and everything but since the axes are no longer tagged when thrown it’s almost impossible to time them for the skip now. I see now that I was spoiled on pc… anyone have any tips for a new mobile user? I managed to get 2 kills but now I’m down 700k in 10 minutes. This legit feels impossible to grind on mobile.

What is the easiest GWD boss to do on mobile?

I want to run some GWD with a friend but I have zero clue which one would be the best for mobile? I’m a main so stats and supplies are not an issue. I’m thinking either Zammy or General Garage-Door with a tank setup. Thanks!

Any tips for mobile Vardorvis?

I got my first KC and boy it was not pretty like at all. I have the axes and his head highlighted so it’s a lot easier but I find myself accidentally hitting him instead of moving to a safe tile is there anyway to fix this without long tapping walk here? I’ve done over 343 KC on my pc but mobile is a whole different battle. Is it suppose to be 100x harder on mobile bc that’s what it feels like? I’m not going to give up either way but dang the learn and curve and skill ceiling on mobile is just so high…

I lost 21 lbs in 48 days is this healthy?

I am a (24) yr old male my height is 5’6 and before I lost 21 lbs I weighed over 232 lbs. I currently weight 211 lbs and I’m feeling better than ever. I don’t feel hungry at all throughout the day with the two meals I eat. Only reason I brought this up is my mom actually noticed how much weight I’ve lost and how quickly and she got really worried. I am considered being obese so losing this much weight that fast should be okay right as long as I’m still feeling great?
