Is My Bismarck Dead, Dying, or Just Committed to Looking Like Absolute Hell? 😭🌴

Seriously, is my Bismarck dead? 😂 We had a hard freeze this year and lost damn near everything. There appears to be some new green growth in the crown, but I can’t tell if it’s actually recovering or slowly giving up on life.
It’s about 18 feet tall, so checking the spear isn’t exactly an option unless someone wants to donate a bucket truck or a new spine.
I have a younger much smaller one that did fine.

New shallow well jet pump runs, pulls water, won’t build pressure. Losing my mind.

Background:
Old pump got progressively louder over time (high-pitched whine/squeal) before finally failing.
Replaced the entire pump with a new shallow well jet pump and new ejector/jet assembly.
Most of the above-ground plumbing has been replaced.

Current symptoms:
Pump runs.
I can hear water being pulled up on the suction side.
I hear very little flow on the discharge side, more like a trickle.
Pressure gauge stays at 0 PSI.
Pump gets hot if allowed to run very long.
No water to the house.
Other observations:
When I remove the prime plug after the pump has sat for several hours, there is still water in the pump, but the water level is well below the priming opening.
I added a significant amount of water through the priming port tonight. The water level rises, then slowly settles lower. It no longer does the obvious “glug-glug” air-burping that it was doing before.
Released a large amount of trapped air from the system tonight.
Water appears to be making it into the pressure tank, but I’m not seeing pressure build.

HELP!

MISSING PUPPY – PASADENA SHORES / SHORE DRIVE (PASCO COUNTY, FL)

My puppy, Loretta Lynn, has been missing since Friday, May 29 around 10:30 AM from the Shore Drive / Pasadena Shores area.
She is about 25 lbs, very friendly, and would likely approach people. She may have been picked up by someone who thought she was a stray.
IMPORTANT:
She went missing within a 10–15 minute window and did NOT travel far on her own. She would still be in the immediate Pasadena Shores / Shore Drive area or was picked up quickly nearby.
If you:
found a puppy recently

saw a loose dog

know someone who suddenly has a new dog

PLEASE reach out.
Check:
yards, sheds, under porches

neighbors who may have taken in a dog

anyone nearby who may not be on Facebook

We have posted everywhere (Facebook, PawBoost, Nextdoor), contacted vets, and searched extensively.
If someone has her and is caring for her, there is no judgment. I just want my dog back.
Please share. Someone has seen her.
Message me with ANY information.
