Do you guys think I might’ve reached my genetic limit in aim training?

have around 600 hours in KovaaK's and I’ve been hardstuck Platinum in the Voltaic benchmarks for a really long time now. I’m also stuck in Viscose S1 benchmarks too. Even when I practice consistently, my scores barely change anymore. After reading more about reaction time and reflexes, I started seeing a lot of people saying that reflexes are mostly genetic and can only be improved slightly. That made me start questioning whether I might’ve already hit my natural ceiling. I tested myself multiple times on Human Benchmark and I average around 250ms reaction time . From what I’ve read, it's terrible. I genuinely can’t tell if I’m plateauing because of bad practice, or because some people are just naturally limited when it comes to aiming.
