I been having a very small black (or white) spot shoot around my vision usually peripheral area just for a split second. It never seems to be exactly the same and I can’t find it if I look for it. It’s not happening all the time either. I thought it was a gnat at first lol

I’ve had visual snow for many years but noticed it ramp up a lot last week too and that’s been bugging me . so think it could be related but of course my mind goes to worst case scenario (thinking I’m going to lose my vision)

My health anxiety has gone rampant due to this but I’m seeing a doctor Wednesday. I’m afraid of going blind but I know it’s probably a fixation of my anxiety 😥

I’ve been pretty stressed with work and life so maybe my brain went haywire
