8mm Cervix at 19 weeks

So I had an anatomy scan ultrasound Thursday. Didn’t receive any information until I opened the results Friday evening. Discovered I had a 8mm length cervix and funneling. OB was closed and I went to ER to be safe. ER had discrepancies on the ultrasound report which stated I never had an intrauterine vaginal ultrasound. They had no data. When I asked about it all they did was change the wording to show that a vaginal ultrasound was completed. I received no data for length of cervix no answers to whether I’ve dilated or not. Originally the ER doctor stated that if they found that the results were accurate they could potentially put me on bed rest, cerclage, or medication to help. They called the on call OB who apparently said they couldn’t do anything for me because I’m only 19 weeks and 4 days and sent me home to follow up with PRIMARY CARE. I called OB after call. Keeps saying go to ER. I’m going to try again Monday but I’m freaking out.

I need advice on what to do next. Do I wait for monday? Has anyone ever experienced this? I’ve seen other stories similar to mine and they had emergency cerclage same day or at the very least started on medication
