Exhausted
I dont have a formal diagnosis yet for hEDS but do for hypermobility syndrome earlier this year. I’m 39 and the last 2 years just seems to be escalating symptoms, and I’m just so exhausted, it’s an effort to even hold myself up sometimes.
Is it normal for things to escalate around this age, with hormones etc?
What has helped you?
How can I be more active when I’m so exhausted?
Any advice very welcome.
