New Home antique sewing machine, USA

I'd love an expert assessment of this "New Home" sewing machine and its cast iron treadle base.

The "1889 Paris Exposition Universelle" gold decals are beautiful and apparently not that common. Based on the machine head's serial number NH93130, I get different answers from AI, ranging from the 1880s to the 1930s. The 1880s date would make more sense given the 1889 Paris Exposition Universelle decals and the base style (Victorian ornamental cast iron, around 1880-1910). It looks like the machine was electrified later.

Any expert (rather than AI generated…) information on the history and market value of this sewing machine would be much appreciated!

I can provide more pics if useful.
