I started Garage61 and Broop, and I was practicing while displaying telemetry.
I tried to drive the same as the reference telemetry , but I got unbelievably slower, from 1:59.xxx(P.B. without Broop) to 2:05.xxx.
How's that happening? what on earth should I do?
My iRacing has a UI problem.
The delta bar wouldn't appear while I'm driving, even though I completed few laps.
UI setup says it's visible and I can see the bar while I'm setting up UI.
Have you had the same problem? Do you know the solution?
P.S. "vs session best lap" box and reference car don't appear either, but fuel calculator works fine.
Many sim-racing experts say, "Control understeer/oversteer" "Master trail braking" "Drive out of your comfort zone"
On the other hand, racers in this community have advised me, "Go racing anyway" "It's OK to just finish safely" "Focus to stay on a track" There's no mention of technique.
Which opinion should newbies follow?
