Is getting professional help for the application worth it?

I know of a few agencies such as doctoradamhoward and Class Act Match Consulting and they provide services surrounding the ERAS match application, PS review, and IV prep. As someone who was denied a visa and has no USCE or research, could their help help me highlight whatever good is left in my profile?

My stats:

YOG 2023 (last year as a recent graduate) and this is my first cycle

Step 1: first attempt

Step 2: 26x

Visa req obviously

Please share your input on b1/b2 visa approval in India please

Everybody who got their visa approved for observerships/Step 3, can y'all please share the city where you interviewed and the documents they actually asked for?

If possible, please share what helped with your visa approval and whether or not you actually had an acceptance letter from a university/hospital/clinic.

Documents required for b1/b2 visa interview

Can someone please guide me on the documents I should keep with me during a visa interview? I know of these:

  1. MBBS degree and medical license

  2. All old and latest passports

  3. Bank statement of the person sponsoring the trip

  4. Letters of invitation

  5. Accommodation arrangements (optional)

  6. Letter of leave from my current employer

What else should I be getting?

Hello everyone, I am a non-US IMG with yog 10years and completed my dm in cardiology from the prestigious all india institute in 2023. My spouse is planning on taking up residency in the States. I need your advice regarding the next best step for me to become a board-certified cardiologist in the USA.

I have the following data:

  1. Go through the traditional USMLE → MD→ fellowship pathway (drawback: very high YOG and low chances of matching, and starting everything from scratch)

  2. Get ECFMG certified and give some exam to enter cardiology fellowship training directly (drawback: very limited seats available that way, low probability of success, and will have to leave the state once I am done with training)

  3. Work as a PA and not as a licensed doctor (drawback: I mean, do I even have to say much down-sizing that would be for me)

  4. Licensure by endorsement: idk much about this one, if anyone know, can you please explain it to me

Is there any other possible pathway that I am missing?

Any advice on these paths or a story of anyone yk found success this way or at least has tried any of it? I would really appreciate anything.
