Disc injury physio recommendations in Sydney
Looking for a Physio based in Sydney to help me recover from an l5/s1 disc bulge. Been dealing with it for approx 2 years now, suffering with sciatic symptoms and a constant pull in my left glute.
On the lookout for a physio specialising in disc issues. Have been seeing chiros and one physio and they did not aid me all that much. Would be interested in someone who assessed your biomechanics, and prescribed appropriate exercises/stretches as I am sure my poor movement is contributing to pain.
