Birthday Cake Recommendations

Hey everyone, looking for cake recommendations in Kochi for my wife’s birthday.
She’s pretty particular about cakes and usually prefers soft/simple sponge cakes with buttercream or cream cheese frosting — nothing too overloaded or overly sweet.
Some cakes she has really liked:
Mathews Cakes
Certain cakes from Cocoa Tree
Rich Chocolate Cake from Pandhal
Blueberry cake from Kunjus Jam Roll
This time I’m looking more towards fruit-based flavors since she loves fruity cakes. Blueberry, strawberry, orange, mixed berry, citrus etc are all welcome.
Would especially appreciate:
Bakeries in Kochi that do good light sponge + balanced frosting
Home bakers who are great with fruit flavors
Cakes that taste fresh and not too artificial/sugary
Perfect if you know someone who is consistent in quality.
