Concerned about PdG levels

How is my chart looking? I am concerned about PdG levels. They seem to be way lower than the charts I see here. I am currently 10DPO, TTC. Is late ovulation a concern? Late, as it is not on the usual Day-14. Please let me know your view and opinions. My cycles have been irregular since TTC (which is so weird) They can be from 28 to 39 days.

E3G rising after peak fertility

This is my first cycle using Inito TTC. This morning when I tested I saw that my E3G levels are still rising, highest value this cycle. And LH is dropping. Is this common after peak fertility? I tried looking on the sub, and saw that there can be multiple LH surges in a cycle, sign that the body is trying to ovulate. As my LH is dropping, I am concerned if this is okay. Please share your insights.

Advice please

Hello, I am new to the subreddit. 31F TTC with a history of irregular periods ranging from 32-50 day cycles and uterine polyps with polypectomy in 2024. Got my bloodwork done last month, and Testosterone was high at 62ng/ml and very low levels of progesterone on 21 day tests. I have been working out consistently, eating good, taking prenatals. I think I have lean PCOS. I recently got Inito to better understand my cycle and to see if I am even ovulating. My doctor has suggested I take letrozole, but I was just disappointed that even after doing everything I can it doesn’t seem to be working.
If I am ovulating late in my cycle, is it good for a viable chance at pregnancy? Or do I go the medication route? What else can I do to have a better chance of conception? Any ideas, advice or suggestions are welcome. Thank you!
