Client said "but we discussed this" on a call. I had no memory of it. Not a great moment.

Three months into a project. Client references a decision from our second call like it's settled.

I didn't document it. I thought I'd remember. I didn't.

Now I look unprofessional and we're both annoyed. This keeps happening and I don't have a system that actually prevents it.

Are chatbot-style platforms actually better than normal UI now?

I’ve been noticing more and more apps moving toward chatbot-style interfaces lately instead of the usual dashboards and menus. Sometimes it feels more natural and easier to use, especially for quick tasks, but other times it honestly feels slower than just clicking through a normal UI.

I can’t tell if this is genuinely a better experience or if every platform is just following the AI trend right now.

Curious what people here think after using both styles for a while.

Simplifying market trend analysis with real time insights and smarter tracking

"I was so fed up doing that usual analyzing stuff like we had to check all the latest news on different sites and most of them only gave the flashy headlines and not the real updates and idea about the market. idk this caught my eye Polycool

this helped me in getting all the updates before the actual news popped over the internet and haha it's more like insiders hub lol. it's much better than these flashy headlines sites and seems to be reliable and trusted as well."

Question about scaling without burning accounts

Genuine question for anyone running more than 5 accounts on the same platform.

I'm trying to figure out the breaking point. At what number of accounts does it stop being manageable without specialized tools? I'm at 4 right now and it already feels like a lot.

A friend mentioned using GeeLark for keeping the environments separate. I haven't tried it yet, just doing the basic stuff with different browsers and proxies. Seems to work but I'm worried I'm building on shaky ground for when I want to scale.

For people running 8 to 10+ accounts, did you hit a wall at some point and have to switch your whole setup? Or did you start with the right tools from the beginning?

Trying to avoid the rookie mistake of scaling first and breaking everything later.
