I colonized the most part of Arnor and trying to maintain high Numenorean blood in all of my realm. I saw that some of my vassals marry Hobbits i mean what the hell. Before that i integrated shire by decision. So once i saw it i took all lands from hobbits and changed culture to my own. Will it kill something in game mechanics?
Thinking should i make in Arnor bureaucrac goverment or no. Numenor itself was bureaucatic i guess what you think.
Using submods a unified dunedain, eriador expanded and roads of middle earth. Playing as elf at 2754 campaign. Played till 2920 and colonized the most needed territory for decision unite the western elves. Sauron appeared. Now i cant declare war on neighbours. Have no idea how i should unite elves of the west without war declaration/ i used cheat to take Lindon but dont want to use cheats. At the beginning i was able to declare wars for de jure titles and also for claims. Now i cant declare war even if i have claim. Accordingly cant proceed with mentioned decision. Also cant delcare war to vanquish dark but only on durins hall area. Accordingly cant proceed with decision to slain Sauron. Can you please advise whats the reason and how to fix.
I want to play as black Numenorean character. With evil doctrine of course where Devine marriage is accepted. Is there any way to avoid decreasing Numenorean blood level and upgrade it?
