So long story short one of my friends has very limited time to play games and seems to lose interest in time sync games.

We've tried Valheim, WoW, Deep rock Galactic, Monster hunter world, subnautica and a bunch of quick friend slop games.

He seemed to enjoy the friend slop games but those only have so much playability. He really liked Baldur's Gate 3 but we've overplayed it at this point and doesn't seem to vibe with the survival crafting type games or arpgs. The only other thing is one more guy in my group has a decent amount of time but just doesn't like shooters.

So open to anything thats not super repetitive but has some sort of meaningful progression. I know its a tall ask but if anyone could help I'd be very appreciative.
