Wrestling Jobs (DFW Area)

Howdy, I'm a 20 year old in the DFW area and am looking to find a job for a company or literally anything in wrestling. I'm not a wrestler but I am willing to do anything from marketing to maintenance. Does anyone have any advice on how to find something or where to even look? For some context I worked at a school where I was the Director of Maintenance and also am an Assistant Event Director for a weekly cycling series. (I know it sounds stupid to leave that but that's a story for later)

Help with arms

Making a little man and can’t figure out what to do with his arms. I’ve decided to make them crossed but can’t picture what it’ll look like when I’m done, does anyone have advice on what I can do to make his arms and body proportionate.
