As a highschool student, who is not a US citizen, the NASA openscience programme is supposed to be open online for everyone right? Well I've created a NASA STEMGATEWAY account but when I move to apply for NASA openscience courses it directs me to a different login page where I need to login with my Smartcard, RSA ID or Agency ID. As far as I can tell, you cant get either of these online. So could someone please help me as to how to access free online NASA courses. Thankyou!

I understand that this post has been made after the NASA open science courses have closed, but note that I attempted to sign up before the closure date, yet faced the same dilemma.

Considering the ICT practical test has a window for a whole week. Doesnt that mean the people who do it earlier in the week can just tell everyone what came?
Or do we do different practical papers? Genuine question and I'm not asking for leaks.
