Why do people hate bike lanes so much? My fb group is all grumpy about the new one on la crescenta being finished. I think they’re great to slow the city down with how fast people go and give a safer way to bike. It’d keep all those electric scooters and bikes off the sidewalks too. Do people hate them because the traffic gets worse and they can’t go fast? Honest question from someone who’s lived here forever and walks and drives a lot and may one day bike :)
