the QU might be seen as pure evil from our perspective but let’s not forget that they are alien, so we can’t really know what morals they have. so we can only say that the acts they’ve committed was pure evil

Patrick Bateman could actually be considered pure evil from how little we know of him, but the line, “my pain is constant and sharp, and I do not hope for a better world for anyone, in fact I want my pain to be inflicted on others, I want no one to escape” makes me believe that his actions have a soirce
but otherwise his alleged crimes have been done out of pure malice and boredom so he can be considered pure evil

the joker, now I don’t know much about the joker, in the recent movie he is seen as a broken individual, a man that snapped and became insane, in the comics he seems more like a purely chaotic guy so I’ll let you guys tell me

now finally judge Holden is probably the only true purely evil character I can remember, he doesn’t have a backstory, his actions have no meanings behind them, he doesn’t kill out of revenge nor to accomplish a goa, he simply does it because he can
