Can i change course before classes start even tho i already enrolled?

Hello guys, I actually am not enrolled but my brother told me to enroll before aug 3-4 or ill have not same classmates. I already emailed my department and they haven’t replied anything and Aug 3-4 is coming and I wanna have the same classmates

Green GSM scam(?) or bug

I booked a ride at 8:46am, and the GSM car arrived around 8:53. We went inside the car, and a few minutes later, I noticed the meter was already 163.50, and I think that’s impossible cause we’ve only been in the GSM car for like 3 minutes. I asked the driver, he said he inputted the wrong code, so I didn’t mind much, but I told my partner to be cautious in case and picture the meter.

At the end of the trip, the GSM driver told my partner to go out now instead of swiping the meter, which is suspicious. So I looked at the map in the GSM app, the driver was going out without ending the trip just to charge more extra, lol.

In the 4th pic, that is the exact same destination and is half the price, weird. Anyway, I complained in the GSM app, but they are still investigating. I’ll update u guys when it’s done.

Alternative wifi of Globefibr in Avida Riala

Hello I am trying to find an alternative solution for my internet in tower 1 and apparently all fibr boxes are full, data and pocket wifi is too slow is there any other way to get better internet?
