
Lost 12 years of data a month of income
Do not trust Wave! They changed their settings in June, and we found out that our account had been set up as a collaborator. We don't know what is the "owner" account, we cannot access it, and of course no help is available. A month of invoices are locked in the old account and we cannot collect that money without the information. I hope someone will start a class action lawsuit. The website says it is BBB accredited, but this is a lie. The business does not show up on the website. Some states have an option for submitting complains about financial institutions. check if yours does here: https://www.waveapps.com/legal/licensing
