The L Word Rewatch
I’ve watched the L Word quite a few times throughout my life and I always feel differently about the characters as I age, but this time, I’m actually relating to Jenny some. I always thought she was just dramatic and crazy but this time - maybe because of the things I’ve been through- i have alot of compassion for her and I now think her mic drop moments and dramatic lines are funny too. Plus, her anger towards men is understandable. I just watched the episode where she tasers a man for trying to beat up Max and saying something disgusting towards her and I feel like I don’t blame her! I’m also getting more in touch with my creative side so I’m enjoying her writing scenes too. Like “that would never fly in Peoria” 😂
And of course I’m just so charmed by Bette, I think she’s so gorgeous! And Carmen/Shane are still my favorite couple, along with Alice and Dana. But does anyone else have different opinions about the characters after a rewatch?
