Avocado advices

I’m from northern Italy and have been growing this avocado tree for almost five years. Two summers ago, I decided to move it outside. It managed to survive the winter—even though it was incredibly cold this year and I had to cover it with non-woven fabric—but it's still showing some signs of winter damage. For example, the top section looks completely separated from the rest of the tree, though it also has some really healthy new sprouts growing lower down.
I would love some advice on how to handle it. Should I cur the top off (and maybe try to plant it in a pot)? Should I keep the lower sprouts? Any tips would be incredibly helpful thanks.🙏

I'm too bad for any challenging difficulty

I recently started a career mode on fc26 and found myself too bad for the legend difficulty, so i thought to lower it to champion, but even then i couldn't score any goal and lost all of them like 2-3 to 0, now i lowered it again, but now it's really easy to score but i find myself still taking too much goals (not the keeper fault) I can't find anything that helps me, on tik tok theres only people telling me to jockey but i already do that and then people suggesting tactics (which i somehow follow) but i think that making one myself it's better for realism.

I need help to understand how to play better pls🙏🏻😭
