If I take spit, does reduce my range if I’m tiny? Conversely, do being large and having reach increase range?

So far I’ve found poison sequestration of snout and primal spurs can scale infinitely into the late game. Any other cool evos I’m unaware of?

I was skeptical about it after being disappointed by walking with dinosaurs but the posts I’ve been seeing on reddit are peaking my interests
