Error loading a figure
In my ongoing quest to try to create a few male figures to populate my scenes I brought a new figure this morning. He looks great, I'm excited to try him out, but whenever I try to load the figure I get this error.

Operation failed
I was hoping someone had had this problem in the past and knew how to fix it?
