I didn’t manage to collect all the sprites but I did better than I expected

111 sprites collected and mastered. Not bad considering I didn’t think I’d even collect half of them. Missing a few Grim and ZP variants but I think I’ve mentally checked out from trying to get the last 6 tbh 😅

I really hope the spawn rates for the next season aren’t so buns because the Grim and ZP sprites had no business being so ridiculously low. I didn’t find one ZP sprite at all during this whole season. I either got it through quests or eliminating players

Me after finally finding the Grim sprite during the power hour

After nearing giving up any hope of ever finding him, I finally found him in a key room under the gas station. I also found a gem earth, demon, aura and ducky as well as I cube dream sprite. So all in all, not a bad power for me tbf

Playing Fortnite on the iPad has renewed my enjoyment for battle royale

The past two previous seasons I didn’t play much battle royale at all as I felt like an average player in a lobby full of pros. I did the battle royale quests for the battle pass skins then I’d skip along to some creative maps and spend most of my time there

I thought I’d give playing on XBox and PS5 a break and try experiencing what it’d be like to play battle royale on the mobile version and I’ve been having a blast with it. The aim assist is also a big help if you’re an average player like myself. Even playing at 60fps when I normally play at 120fps doesn’t bother me as much as I thought it would. It still runs pretty well

The reaction to certain skins returning has been… interesting

I swear Epic needs to give players a psych evaluation before playing this game because since the shop reset last night my Twitter/X feed has been filled with people having a meltdown over the FNCS skins returning, demanding Epic give them an “OG edit style” An OG edit style for a skin that’s most likely been rotting away in their locker for God knows how long. The OG Renegade Raider owners got a black and gold and I think I’ve only ever seen one person wearing it since

The one good thing about Disney owning a stake in Epic is that they don’t give a crap about exclusivity. They care about making money. So if they can find a way around bring back certain skins then they most definitely will

Anyway, if anyone from Epic is reading this… please bring Wildcat to the store 😙✌🏻

I’ve barely had it a day but I’m obsessed. I’ve always owned windows laptops and this feels like a breath of fresh air in comparison. The Indigo colour would have been my original preferred choice but the citrus has grown on me quickly 😁
