Lcwra help England
Hi guys, need some help understanding whether I’ll get the pre april rate or the new lower rate. I’ve been off work sick since november, had continuos sick notes apart from a few days in january where i tried to go back to work ( had 1 shift) and found i wasn’t able to and got anothet wick note straight the way. I recieved the form to fill out at the begining of this year i think ( i cannot remember for the life of me) forgot to fill it out due to my fatigue and other health issues. I then get a letter for the actual assessment which was sometime in april. Got the decision of lcwra in my journal on 12th may
