For me BN4 Blue Moon are better to me, mainly because you have Protoman and Wood soul.

BN5 Colonel has better souls I general for me, even Numberman since you get the 10 chip screen (unless you use the navicust), I do admit I prefer Magnetman's soul tho rather than Knightman.

BN6 is complicated, because Falzar's crossunison look amazing, but Gregar's are better in playstyle to me, specially for Eraserman soul and Elecman that breaks panels with the charged attack in Gregar's mode.
