Asking for a help for my volvo 850 GLT 1996 car sunroof

I have a volvo 850 GLT car. It has a sunroof. If i pressed the switch its only went to the pop up mode. Not going back. Is that mean my car doesn't have a fully opened sunroof or its broken. I attached some photos. Please help me with these photos. Because i love this car with a fully open sunroof. I got this car like one week ago. If you want other pictures please tell me. Please help me 🙏
