My stack experience
TO ANYONE TELLING ME TO STOP OR NOT TO DO IT, THIS IS NOT A QUESTION AND I’M NOT LOOKING FOR ADVICE. THIS IS JUST MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. I WILL BE COMPLETING THE FULL 90 DAY CYCLE AND POSTING BOTH THE GOOD AND BAD EFFECTS. EVERY 5 DAYS.
NONE OF THIS IS GUARANTEED TO HAPPEN TO YOU. EVERYONE REACTS DIFFERENTLY. THIS IS JUST MY OWN EXPERIENCE SO FAR.
Day 10 / 90 Update
Current stack:
- 20mg RAD140
- 20mg MK-677
- 9mg LGD4033
So far things still feel pretty mild overall, but there are definitely a few changes now compared to Day 5.
Pros:
- Pumps are noticeably better now
- Veins are becoming more visible, especially when flexing
- Strength feels slightly up in the gym, although I still can’t fully tell if that’s from the stack or just training harder and being more confident
- Muscles feel fuller during workouts
Cons:
- Still sleeping longer than usual
Neutral / Unsure:
- Hunger still hasn’t really changed much for me
- No noticeable aggression or mood changes
- No headaches or dizziness
- No major side effects so far
- Physique changes are hard to tell because I see myself every day
Things I’ve been monitoring/checking:
- Eye colour (checking for yellowing/jaundice)
- Energy levels
- Sleep
- Mood
- Strength changes
- Vascularity/pumps
- Any pain or weird side effects
So far:
- Eyes are normal
- No major pain
- No serious side effects noticed yet
Overall:
Still too early for any insane transformation, but I’m starting to notice small differences in gym performance, pumps and vascularity. Nothing “superhuman” like some people online claim after a few days.
I’ll continue posting honest updates throughout the cycle including both positives and negatives.
