Check status?

I’m not sure where I check the status of my filing. I went to the EEOC public portal, created an account, and then when I click on the ‘My Inquiries/Charges/Cases’ it states the following:

You have not yet submitted an Inquiry for a Private Sector case, or a request for Hearing, or an Appeal for a Federal Sector case.

I’ve already had my intake in January, submitted my rebuttal, and have my EEOC number but I’m not sure what to do from here.

Drake’s ‘Iceman’ is the epitome of the Mandela Effect

**DISCLAIMER: the views expressed here are not biased and I appreciate all artist mentioned in this post. I know I’ll be flamed regardless

Now that Iceman has dropped and settled in with the masses, I’ve noticed that a lot of Drake stans, youtubers, and some pods saying this is Drake reclaiming his throne. “MJ who?” It’s Aubrey Drake Graham. I’m happy his fans finally got a solid after a long drought and he delivered with a 3-piece! Crazy!

But

Something that irks me is while it’s just rap and artist tend to exaggerate, there seems to be an attempt to sanitize or beige wash history in Drake’s favor. Whisper My Name? Who? My guy, your biggest opp said your name on national TV. The line in ‘Shabang’ goes, “Maneesh on the beat, shabang — all of my opps, they dead”. Who died?? Did we forget that KDot had the biggest tour of 2025 and in rap history? Drake’s opps didn’t die — they seemingly flourished!

Also, Drake seems to speak for the chronically online (which explains his relationships with Ak, Adin, BenDaDonn, etc.) bc fans heard the shot at Rocky on ‘Burning Bridges’ and ran with it. Saying “your baby momma ain’t even post your single […] where she at(x2)”🫣…whoever thought that was tough lives for social media validation. Rocky and RiRi have a whole family together and you see them pop out regularly irl. But we’re made to believe she doesn’t support him bc she didn’t run to social media during his album rollout? Watching Drake reframe that as a bad thing has been incredible.

I love that Drake gave the world something to listen to again but this comeback feels like the equivalent of Batman escaping The Pit in ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ and immediately saying he destroyed Bane. Huh?? No, we watched Bane destroy you, parade your body around the Super Bowl, and throw you in a pit to work your way out of for 2 years. Happy he made it out but his victory is in his continued success and not outrapping his rivals.

Epstein may not be the biggest human sex-trafficker / pedophile but simply the only one we found out about…

The Epstein case is arguably one of — if not the — most infamous case of human sex-trafficking and pedophilia in history. What unsettles me the most is what if he’s just the biggest one we know of so far? There’s plenty of people with more power, money, and resources / connections to do made Epstein’s operation look like child’s play (terrible unintended pun).

I don’t really buy into conspiracy theories yet Epstein’s connections with Ghislaine, her father, and Mossad, it really makes me think that an entire country wouldn’t possibly be depending on the honeypot operation of one man for leverage. Also, does no one find it odd that the files were released to essentially have the public do the work of the DOJ & FBI…for free? And they violated the law stating that all the files must be released and no one’s facing any penalty whatsoever for it?

I just had an interview for a Buying role which is a new field but analogous to my experience as a visual merchandiser. Things were going well until we got to the big question: What are your salary expectations?

The role is around $120K…I said I’d come in at $100K

Why I said it, idk! I said that I’m comfortable getting my foot in the door at this amount with it being a new field but the rep reminded me that the salary was higher. I’m really in my head about it now that I just blew it as it looks like I didn’t research the role. Did I just blow it?
