Uber Exarch/Cortex feasible on SSF as Chieftain RF?

Started a private league with my buddy and I went for RF.

I know RF got nerfed recently and obviously ST has never been it’s strength. But is it feasible to grind end game uniques that would really juice my damage? I’m still working on clearing my atlas, but have a 6L Scorching Ray totem set up and just need to get an Elder helm for RF.

Feel like I’m missing out watching my buddy play Luminary. I know my ceiling is only so high and having to grind Ubers to get there sounds…slow.

Regal Westview Odyssey showings?

Wife and I want to see The Odyssey with my in laws, but the Westview location doesn’t have any showings past this Tuesday.

Tried calling, no answer. Are they just showing this movie in IMAX for like 2 weeks and calling it?

Tattoo Artists for Floral/Nature focused sleeve

I’ve been wanting to get a sleeve done that would highlight some things my mom liked while adding to a Peony I already have.

I want it to be mainly focused on nature/florals, but my mom loved photographing beautifully designed doors when she’d travel & her favorite bird was the cardinal.

Does anyone have recs for someone or a shop in Frederick I could reach out to?

Does prioritizing paying off our mortgage early (350k @ 6.25%) make sense if we don’t plan to live here forever?

My wife and I purchased a townhome last year and I feel very fortunate to be in this position but I also know that this is not going to be our forever home.

Our mortgage is $3k (2300+property taxes) and I make $1500 bi-weekly payments.

We save $2k/month between our Roth IRAs and a savings account until we’re at a comfortable year+ of emergency funds. Match our companies 401k and then my company gives me + my wife 3k/yr each for our HSA but I need to readjust my contributions to reach our limit.

I’m looking at a 16-23k raise here next week and I’m trying to think of how I should use my additional pay.

We could pay off our loan in 12.5yrs vs 21yrs if we go with $4k/m vs $3k/m and at 6.25% this feels like a toss up rather than a clear cut yes or no.

I don’t expect us to refinance our loan any time soon and I’m thinking that accelerated payments would hedge against us not being in a position to do so for the foreseeable future.

I have money I inherited after my mom passed but it’s been in a trust since 2020, not sure what the current value is but it’s certainly not enough to immediately retire anytime soon. So I’m being drawn to paying off our mortgage rather than investing the money as I’ve got a leg up in that department.

Pay Scale for Shift Lead (chief?) Role in NoVa

Waiting for an offer letter for a promotion to being a shift lead. Expecting low 50’s (~52) as my initial offer. It’s a pretty sizable raise already at that point but I would like to ask for more. I’m trying to get an idea of what hourly pay looks like for similar roles, I’d like to ask for 55.

We are a private company so I don’t receive stock as a part of my pay package. Hourly is really the sole driver for my TC.

Will be my 3rd year with my company and 2nd promotion. Very strong list of accomplishments and the metrics to back it up, but I came from the Union and negotiating my pay is still pretty foreign to me.
