Hello, I don't know anything about hair, but I want to get a haircut. I'm looking for something that -Shortens my face -Covers some forehead -Looks fluffy -Is not super expensive to maintain -Can't be tucked behind my ears

That last part is pretty important because despite not liking how my hair looks tucked, I do it automatically. Once again, I know nothing about hair so these might not be realistic expectations, but if you could give me some advice on what to get, what kind of place I should go to get it done, and how to take care of it, I would really appreciate that.
