Should all scorpion species have some level of legal protection?

I've been thinking about this recently and I'd genuinely like to hear what people who know more about conservation, arachnology, or envronmental law think.

Scorpions have been around for roughly 430 million years (i think) and they've survived multiple mass extinction events. But unlike alot of other animals, most scorpion species dont really have any meaningful legal protection unless they're already considered threatened or are covered by internatioal trade regulations.

My idea is that all wild scorpion species should have atleast some basic legal protection, while rare or threatened species could have stronger protections. This could mean protection from unnecesary killing, large-scale collecting and habitat destruction, while still allowing people to safely remove scorpions from homes when needed.

I know theres probably some practical problems with this idea, so I'm genuinely curious what people think. Would this actually be a reasonable conservation approach, or is there a good reason why it wouldnt work?

sorry for bad english..

Seestar S30 Pro Target Question

I recently bought a Seestar S30 Pro and i got some cool images, but since the field of view is very big, there is a bit of a limited amount of targets that fit very good inside the fov.

i tried M31, it turned out pretty good, but when i imaged M51... it was just very small, I needed to crop the image, decreasing resolution. Any ideas of some bigger targets?

Moon seen with Seestar S30 Pro

This is one of my first images of the moon with my Seestar S30 Pro. The quality is good, but if i zoom in a little, it becomes a bit blurry... is there a way to fix and get sharper images of the moon? or overall?

The sun, seen with Seestar S30 Pro.

If you look close you can see some sun spots but it seems that the focus is not really right... is this normal?
