2ft away is a pool, Tara.
And suddenly, her water tank is gonna be on stilts

First photo from July 2025, next photos from today (may 2026). Put leave in conditioner and if you need a brush like me because my hands always get cut up then go SLOW and use a lot of conditioner, bonus to plat and put it into loose buns!
(I use Espana silk conditioner, not sponsored)
Looking for this halter, it's a need 🙏🏼
(Unsure of who the photographer is, found it online!)
Still such a cool experience, he was a wonderful horse and I got lucky enough to know him
Mill said it's first cut grass but idk!! Looks like the alfalfa I get in compressed bales 😬
If you can do this I totally recommend it, especially the saddle mapping, what a perfect way to know if your saddle fits and check their muscles! (you will still need a pro saddle fitter to fit the saddle properly but this can tell you if a saddle seat is too big or if your current saddle absolutely does not fit the anatomy of your horse, like mine 😅)
Never used a muzzle before, she's very very fat and needs one 😅
Shout-out to the person who let me know that u/ is for users! I changed my little water mark for reddit posts (they keep getting stolen by bot accounts on FB)
Those who like to guess age by teeth, take a crack at his. I know his exact birthday, bonus points of you can guess what month he was born in. If you know his age, you're disqualified from guessing!
20yo Ster mare Tara T.A! Wander 352 x Thomas 327
Found this next to my parents house, there is a second one too.
I asked her to step up and she actually put her hoof up there so I had to set up my phone to capture the moment! Her second time standing on the sand filled tire with a rider.
This whole riding thing clicked for her on her 5th ride a couple days ago, she went from mildy confused(standing, not moving and turning her head to look at my foot) and needing a lead handler to walk around to now being extremely willing and responsive to my aids without a helper, shoulders and haunches moving independently too and I'm so proud of her! We took a break from riding over the winter, focusing on ground work and picked it back up a couple weeks ago, it did her some good
Video from last fall, it's been a bit wet to lunge lately
