Howdy folks!! So I recently found myself having a lot of free time coming up (Aug- mid Sept). I am really hoping and planning on doing the Tour Divide from WA over to meet it and go south. However I'm becoming increasingly worried about the fire situation in CO :( So I am looking at other potential plan B routes, ideally starting on the West Coast. I am not very interested in highway 101 because of cars the entire way. Has anyone done any long tours out this way during the summer?? Looking for general ideas from the community, thanks!!
