Why do some people hate RATM?

I'm not a big RATM fan (as in I don't listen to them often), but I was just wondering why some people think RATM sold out or why people call them sell outs. Or why people call them capitalists. Is it all true? Please inform me. I'm not deep into RATM's lore/history.

Band that sounds like Limp Bizkit's 3db album

Idk what this sub thinks about Nu-metal, but I'll still ask.

Was looking for a Nu-metal/metal band that gives off the same vibe and sound as LB's 3db album.

From the album I like Stuck, Pollution, Counterfeit, Leech and Faith!
