Help. I don’t understand why I am in Vine Jail?
I’ve been apart of Vine for 2 years.
I was recently demoted to Silver on my last evaluation (6/8/2026) because I completely forgot it was coming up and was only at 56%. No biggie. After going back to silver everything was normal and I was able to order and also got my review percentage back up.
About 2-1/2 weeks ago, maybe 3, I noticed there was nothing in my RFY which is odd for me so I looked at my account screen and saw that dreaded message. I was at 70% (reviews completed) when this happened. I thought maybe it was some kind of glitch because I saw nothing on my stats that would justify Vine jail.
I sent a message to Vine CS a few days later, as my review percentage kept climbing and the Vine jail banner was still on my account page. I didn’t get a response.
I kept doing reviews and waiting on a response and now I am at 83% with several pending reviews that will probably put me at or just over 90%.
Messaged them again today and hope I get a response.
Has anyone dealt with something like this before? No apparent reason for it but you find yourself in Vine jail?
Sorry if this is long, I just wanted to thoroughly explain the issue.
Any advice or ideas are greatly appreciated!
