If you're going to be the type to take a star off just because something is expensive can you not grab luxury things please?
I was just looking at reviews for the Sisley highlighter and once again..
People giving four stars because "It's just too expensive" with no other negative comments.
Someone gave four stars because "I think it should have come with a brush" - like seriously??? Are we just saying the things that we wish happened on Earth now in our reviews? "I give this tea set four stars because it should have come with tea!"
There have been discussions from sellers getting frustrated with viners for ridiculous reasons to remove stars. Well here's the thing. Every seller wants five stars. That's not debatable. So getting four stars is seen as a negative. If you're not the type to appreciate a luxury brand, that's fine. Don't take it don't review it. There's nothing wrong with being value-minded. However there's an entire industry out there of products that by and large serve the same function as much cheaper ones but they stick a brand name on there and charge 10 times more money. There's obviously consumers for that industry. If I'm legitimately looking at luxury products to purchase, these reviews saying "I would never pay this much for blush" are useless to me. And worse off, it could discourage the sellers of luxury expensive skin care and beauty to enroll their products in vine.
Everyone always says they don't want cheap products and they want super expensive products. Leaving pointless reviews for expensive products is probably the fastest way to stop their enrollment into vine.
