Is this happening to anyone else? I’ve had exactly 6 things in RFY all morning. When something new gets added, the oldest thing gets knocked off. And it’s on the usual (approximately) every hour schedule. Before today, every so often, I’ll see something disappear early when they’ve all been claimed, but most usually sit there for 24 hours before they fall off.

I’d understand if it was all beauty or even $0 ETV stuff but it’s just random items that I can’t believe actually all got picked up that quickly.

Is there any way to associate one of the “facilitated by Amazon” tracking numbers with its corresponding order? Or are the tracking numbers just generated independently of the order? Is there any id the other numbers on the outer label that would indicate the order number?

Got a package with 2 things in it that I didn’t order. Thought I was just getting old, so searched my orders and, nope, didn’t order this stuff. It has the correct name and address, but I didn’t order thsee two things. There’s only one thing I’m missing (possibly misplaced by a family member - I’ll have to ask), but the tracking number on that item doesn’t match the one on this mystery order. Also, it would have most likely been in an envelope, or at least a smaller box. But if the tracking number could be matched to an order, I could attempt to figure it all out.

I currently have several items in my "awaiting review" queue that are no longer available. From as recent as last week to as distant as 2 months ago. I know these can sometimes come back, so I've been waiting to see if that would happen. But now I'm getting close to review and I need them out of my queue.

When emailing Vine CS to have these removed, is it best to send a separate request for each item or compile them into one big request? Looking for the solution that will be the most effective and efficient in getting them removed. Don't want to overwhelm one agent and have them disregard the email but also don't want to spam the inbox if there are only a couple of agents that even work on this.

Was just perusing my account and I keep a pretty accurate running total in my head of my year-to-date ETV and it looked a little high to me. So I went through my orders and found that there are at least a couple of items that I KNOW were $0 ETV when I ordered them (beauty and medical) that now have an ETV attached to them. There may be more, but those are just the ones I noticed off the bat.

I think I remember reading somewhere that, technically, ETV can change but I thought that was only on items that already had a $ amount other than 0 attached to them and I’ve never seen it actually happen before. Is there any way to have Vine CS change these back to $0? I know I definitely wouldn’t have ordered the beauty item if it had an ETV on it…it was just a fun item that I considered the time of testing and reviewing to be worth a “free” item. This seems shady at the very least.
