Can Adeno impact orgasms?

I was recently diagnosed, and have noticed in the same time frame as my recent flare that led to diagnosis, my ability to full orgasm has dwindled. It's like I can feel my body contracting and trying to orgasm, but it's stuck almost, feels heavy and lodged? Does that make sense or sound familiar? Are these classified as uterine orgasms and how are they affected if you get a hysta? Also, for like over 15 years now, I have terrible sciatica like pain when orgasming, like my hip socket if at a certain angle gets stuck, is any of this related? I thought for years it was just sciatica!? My bloating and fatigue, plus leg and joint pain are unreal these days. what a ruse, no pun intended!

Newly diagnosed-feeling overwhelmed, don't know what's Peri symptoms, what's Adeno, and where to go from here!

43, married, no kids, in full blown Peri and was diagnosed after an awful period with heavy heavy bleeding, cramps so bad I went to the ER thinking it was appendicitis. After a lot of run around, got diagnosed suspect Adeno via pelvic MRI, and cyst on or around Ovary. My ongoing symptoms, which have been chalked up to Peri until now, are:

-fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, leg/feet pain, circulation issues, frequent urination, BLOATING, cyclical constipation, sciatica, heavier periods (like not consistent bleeding but gushes when I stand, manageable with pads though, tampons hurt. pain with intercourse/orgasm-it sets of my sciatica, so weird, hot flashes, night sweats, etc.)

I've had so many appointments over the last 3-4 years, so much blood work, thyroid tests, everything comes back fine, other than slightly anemic. I take supplements (D, B, Mag, Ferretin, etc.). My periods got all wonky 4 years ago, closer together, then further apart. I've been consistently low on P and E, regardless of day in my cycle, so before I knew I had Adeno, I went on low dose 100 mcg Prometrium and .025 E patch. P was fine, made me more hungry, my bloat seemed better though, sleep was better, made me a bit crankier. E patch gave me some energy and better vibes, but so constipated and bloated, so I halved the dose and then switched to gel, I'm only on half an E gel .025 pack a day. I tried upping it a little and than had that recent awful period with the doubled over pain, so lowered back down and ever since then the fatigue and bloat, and acheyness is unreal!

I don't want an IUD (I'm super sensitive down there and just know I'll feel it), I'm scared to try CBC because of where I'm at in peri and don't want to add more side effects, same with POP, and I'm terrified of surgery! I know, I gotta pick one lol, I have a consult for hysta in Sept, my gyn said none of the other procedures will truly help. My older sister was meno by 45, do I just wait it out two more years hoping meno eases it? Anyone in Peri and had to navigate these decisions. I'm super active, love to strength train and workout, and have health anxiety, so hysta seems so scary, the down time, the potential risks!? Am I gaslighting myself by saying, "oh the bleeding isn't that bad, you can deal with the bloat and constantly feeling pressure on your pelvis" lol, but is that fatigue adeno, life in my 40s, Peri, argghhh, it's too much to think about. Any advice?

ER said "it's just constipation", finally got my pelvic MRI results...spoiler, it wasn't constipation!!

Results show Uterine Adenomyosis...it's been over a month of tests and I've been saying that the whole fricken time based on my symptoms! Not sure what's next, but I feel seen lol!

Edit to include the fact that I was in ER two times for the PAIN, which led to the Ultrasound which led to the MRI. My symptoms: Super heavy period, terrible cramps-like doubled over with pain thinking I had appendicitis, terrible bloating and constipation, sever fatigue, joint pain. Been on HRT for about 6 months, not sure if it made it worse or just coincided.
