Anyone seen or heard any stories of a guy taking pics of ladies passing by at the corner of Steveston Hwy and Railway?
My aunt was riding her bike after 8 last night on the railway greenway across from O’Hare’s and apparently there was a guy in his 40s that was sitting on the bench next to the greenway smiling creepily at her? And as she was passing by she saw a flash with a camera sound and he continued to stare straight at her with a creepy smile?
I don’t live in Richmond anymore, is this guy known in the area?
